In my first job out of college, I had the good fortune to work for Hewlett-Packard when Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard were still actively involved in the organization. I've seen first hand the imprint a good leader can have on the culture and effectiveness of an organization. In my 25 years at Hewlett-Packard, I was also witness to the negative impact that poor leadership can have on an organization.

LEAD Professionals works with leaders to help them find purpose and passion, not only for their organizations but also for themselves.
